Terms of Use

Last updated: 25 October 2026

1. What NULLCLIENT is

NULLCLIENT is a free Minecraft launcher by Mark Kahlert - DualBlade Development with optional online features (friends, chat, sharing modpacks, invites, cosmetics) and an optional paid subscription, Null+. NULLCLIENT is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. You need your own Minecraft: Java Edition license to play the full game.

2. Your account

3. Fair use

Do not use NULLCLIENT to harass people, send spam, share illegal content or content you have no rights to, attack or overload our servers, or get around limits and bans. Shared modpacks only contain links to Modrinth/CurseForge plus your own config files – only share config files you are allowed to share. We may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules; serious cases may be reported.

4. Null+ and cosmetics

Prices are shown in the launcher before you pay; payment is handled by Stripe. Null+ renews automatically until you cancel it in the launcher (Shop → Manage subscription); it then stays active until the end of the paid period. Cosmetics are digital content that is unlocked immediately; by buying one you agree that it is delivered right away, which ends the statutory right of withdrawal for that item. Your statutory rights otherwise remain unaffected.

5. Availability and liability

We provide the launcher and the online features as they are and try to keep them running, but cannot promise they are always available. Back up worlds you care about. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise only for breaches of essential obligations and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Mods and modpacks from third parties are their authors' responsibility.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; important changes are announced in the launcher. Questions: kahlertmark4@gmail.com.
